Port Victoria is a rough, Gotham-like city where the Bishop, our main character resides. "A Brief OK" was my favorite of all. Extremely nice book and informative to say the least. Good but I think it is a lead in to the next bookRe-read no not unless I read the next and pieces need to be clarified. A great read for those who love finding and turning over a bargain. Her humor articles about cats have been featured in Cosmopolitan and Glamour.
